The clients wish to extend their covered living space to accommodate open-air gatherings without being fearful of frequent rain in this rainforest climate. The addition will "converse" with the existing forms to expand and consolidate deck area. The lower area off the gameroom also will be covered, and will include another fireplace - likely to benefit frequest guests with their own casual gathering area.
